Our organization is seeking a dedicated Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
The ideal candidate will have an Au.D from an ASHA Accredited school and hold a current license as an Audiologist, meeting the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
This is an in-person role with no evenings, no on-call, or weekends. You will review and assess 3-6 Veterans per day, conducting Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests.
Audiologists will complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in our computer portal, providing the medical evidence required for the VA to decide veterans' benefits.
No medical treatments or devices are prescribed in this role.
