About the Role
We are seeking a skilled medical examiner to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze medical records electronically through our web portal and conduct in-person physical exams on each Veteran.
- Educate staff on electronic documentation requirements and ensure accurate recording of exam findings via the web portal.
- Examine data from medical records and exam findings to provide medical opinions required by the VA.
Requirements:
- Hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NCCPA accredited) license.
- Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
Work Environment:
This is an in-person position with a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
