Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Disability Assessment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing in-person physical exams on Veterans and documenting your findings through our web-based system.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform independent medical assessments on Veterans
- Analyze medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions
- Document exam results through our web portal
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) LICENSE REQUIRED
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
