Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team as a Disability Assessor. This is a full-time, independent contractor position that will involve conducting comprehensive assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal
- Perform comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal
The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic medical records, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Veterans receive fair and accurate assessments that meet the VA's standards.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an APA Accredited program/school
- Holds an active & unrestricted Psychology license
