We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to conduct comprehensive assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position working Thursday-Friday, with an average caseload of 4 Veterans per day. The mental health professional will be brought on as an Independent Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal
- Conduct in-person assessments for each Veteran
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal
Requirements:
- Graduation from an APA Accredited program/school
- Active and unrestricted Psychology license
- Credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
