About the Role
MRG Exams, a leading provider of disability assessments nationwide, is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team as a Mental Health Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in serving the veteran community by conducting comprehensive assessments on US veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

Key Responsibilities
- Review behavioral health records electronically to identify areas requiring comprehensive assessments.
- Conduct in-person assessments on each veteran, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate evaluations.
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through a secure web portal, ensuring timely and efficient data collection.
As a Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for performing disability assessments only; you will not treat patients or prescribe medication. This allows you to focus on what you do best – providing top-notch assessments that make a real difference in the lives of our nation's heroes.
Requirements
- A Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program/school.
- An active and unrestricted psychology license.
- Credentialing requirements met by the VA.
