Independent Medical Assessment Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Job Summary
This is an in-person position where you will conduct focused physical exams, review medical records electronically, and document exam findings through a web portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day
- Review medical records electronically through a web portal
- Conduct focused physical exams on each Veteran
- Electronically document exam findings required by the VA
Requirements
- Hold a current and unrestricted NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) license
- Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
