Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records electronically through a web portal
- Perform focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran
- Electronically document exam findings required by the VA through the web portal
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Ability to analyze data from medical records and exam findings
- Skilled in time management and staying on task
- Proficient in computer use
- Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
