Nationwide Travel Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Join our team of medical professionals who serve the United States Veterans Administration by performing Disability Assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records electronically through a web portal to prepare for in-person exams.
- Conduct focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran as part of the Disability Assessment process.
- Electronically document exam findings required by the VA through the web portal.
Important Notes:
- The United States Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations.
- This role only performs Disability Assessments on Veterans and does not make disability determinations.
- Average daily caseload: 3-5 Veterans.
Travel Requirements:
- Commit to at least two weeks of travel each month.
- Travel to assigned location Sunday evening and return to home city Friday evening or Saturday morning.
