Part-Time Optometrist or Ophthalmologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Optometrist or Ophthalmologist to join our team as an independent contractor. As part of the VA's SHA process, you will review Veterans' medical records through a secure web portal and perform thorough eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT).

Responsibilities:

• Review Veterans' medical records via a secure web portal


• Perform thorough eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT)


• Complete and submit evaluation forms via the web portal within 24 hours of the exam

Requirements:

• Proficient in Visual Field Testing (VFT)


• Skilled in analyzing medical records and exam findings to create accurate, timely reports


• Passionate about serving Veterans

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
