We invite licensed Optometrists and Ophthalmologists to conduct comprehensive eye exams for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's SHA process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Medical Records: Access Veterans' medical records through a secure web portal to prepare for exams.
- Perform Thorough Eye Exams: Conduct comprehensive eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT).
- Submit Evaluation Forms: Complete and submit evaluation forms via the web portal within 24 hours of the exam.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
