Responsibilities
- Review medical records through a secure web portal to assess patient needs.
- Perform thorough eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT), to gather essential data.
- Complete and submit evaluation forms via the web portal within 24 hours of the exam to ensure timely decision-making.
