We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team as a part-time Comprehensive Eye Exam Provider. In this role, you will work with United States Veterans, conducting comprehensive eye exams and completing forms through our secure Web Portal.

Responsibilities
- Review medical health records and perform comprehensive eye exams.
- Complete forms through our Web Portal.
- Average 3-6 veterans per day.
Requirements
- Be interested in performing comprehensive eye exam assessments.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data from medical records and exam findings.
Essential Requirements
- Current license in Louisiana as an Optometrist.
- Ability to perform Visual Field Testing (VFT).
- Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location.
