About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of Veterans' behavioral health needs.
- Reviewing and analyzing electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
- Accurately documenting exam findings and completing the required VA forms.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Part-Time, 2-3 days per week (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Location: In-person role.
- Caseload: 4 Veterans per day on average.
- Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary tools for documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school.
- Active & unrestricted Psychology license.
- Comfortable using technology to review records and complete documentation.
