We are seeking a qualified Medical Assessment Specialist to join our team of experienced physicians. As a Medical Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting independent medical assessments for veterans, reviewing medical records, and completing VA-provided Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
The ideal candidate will have an active MD or DO license with a specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), as well as strong typing skills and attention to detail. Board certification in Neurological Surgery, PM&R, or Psychiatry and Neurology is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, as well as a flexible schedule with 1-2 days/week in-office and additional telehealth days available.
