Job Description:
We seek a licensed psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. The successful candidate will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure web portal and conduct comprehensive in-person assessments on each veteran.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive in-person assessments on an average of 4 veterans per day
- Review and assess electronic behavioral health records
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the web portal
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology is required; Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program/school is preferred
- Active and unrestricted psychology license
- Meets credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
