Job Title: Licensed Psychologist for VA Disability Assessments
We are seeking a licensed psychologist to conduct medical evaluations of United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
About the Role
- This is an in-person position, where you will review behavioral health records electronically and perform comprehensive assessments on each Veteran.
- You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through a secure web portal.
The role involves assessing 4 Veterans per day and working as an independent contractor. The schedule is part-time, with 2 or 3 days per week.
Requirements
- A Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an accredited program/school
- An active and unrestricted psychology license
- Meets the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
Key Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records and secure web portals
Compensation and Benefits
- Daily rate: $500-$600
