Responsibilities:
- Review electronic medical records to gather information for assessments.
- Conduct in-person physical exams on Veterans to gather additional information.
- Electronically document exam findings in the web portal.
Requirements:
- A current, unrestricted NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) license is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
