What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterans Health Assessment Role position at MRG Exams?
MRG Exams seeks a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in conducting medical assessments on United States Veterans.
In this critical role, you will review medical records electronically through a web portal and conduct focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran.
Upon completion of the exam, you will document your findings electronically through the web portal. It's essential to note that this role does not involve making disability determinations; those decisions are made by the United States Veterans Administration.
This position is limited to performing Disability Assessments on Veterans only, and you will not engage in treatment or prescribe medication. You will typically conduct assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day.

- Strong analytical skills to analyze data from medical records and exam findings.
- Excellent time management to stay on task and meet requirements.
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Proficiency in using a computer.
