What You'll Do
- Conduct Comprehensive Eye Exams: Perform thorough eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT).
- Evaluate Medical Records: Review and analyze Veterans' medical records through a secure web portal.
- Submit Evaluation Forms: Complete and submit evaluation forms via the web portal within 24 hours of the exam.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- A licensed Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
- Experience in Visual Field Testing (VFT).
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and analyzing medical records.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
