MRG Exams seeks a Licensed Psychologist to conduct thorough medical evaluations on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
You will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform comprehensive assessments in person with each Veteran, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained throughout the process.
A critical aspect of this role involves completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal. It is essential to note that you will NOT make disability determinations; instead, the Veterans Administration makes these decisions using the findings recorded in the DBQs.
This position requires performing Disability Assessments on Veterans only, with the expectation of reviewing and assessing 4 patients per day. To be eligible for this position, you must have graduated from an APA-accredited program/school, hold an active and unrestricted Psychology license, and be available to work Full-Time, Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
