OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to lead our project initiatives and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and the ability to facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Project Management (60%)
· Development, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget
· Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing) for the planning and execution of the projects
· Production planning to include developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the project to key stakeholders
· Conducting post project review for future projects
· Identifying non-conformances issues and work with Quality Department to mitigate
Fabrication & Assembly (40%)
· Support fabrication and assembly processes
· Knowledge of assembly procedures and processes
· Deep understanding of customer specs and requirements
· Manage inventory and ensure parts are ordered timely to ensure on time delivery
· Ensure parts are ready for shipping confirming all required paperwork has been obtained and quality standards have been met and signed off
COMPENTENCIES:
· Excellent communication skills; both written and verbally
· Ability to interact with all levels of employees and customers
· Detailed, results orientated motivated by building relationships to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
· Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
· Minimum of 2 to 5 years of related project management work experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; i.e., excel, word
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Exposure to aerospace requirements/environments a plus
· Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools
