We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our client's and visitors first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with excellent etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
- Utilize computer software for scheduling, including Word.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with any additional clerical duties as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, Spanish and English speaker.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
