We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

The Role :
MRI Software is seeking a talented Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager. The ABM Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from key account lists of prospects and existing clients (developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing) in key vertical markets. This role will create ABM strategies with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating success of campaigns. The ABM Manager collaborates closely across marketing, sales, and SDR teams for a fully integrated approach.
You Will :
- Develop Account-Based Marketing strategies and plans for MRI’s go to market priorities, fully aligned with sales and marketing objectives
- Implement marketing plans that accelerate the achievement of account team goals and which include an integrated approach of both online and offline tactics such as live and virtual events, digital assets and campaigns, social / paid media campaigns, email campaigns, content marketing campaigns, website personalization etc.
- Manage account marketing budget and work with marketing, sales, and external agencies to execute campaigns and tactics
- Work as part of the North American Marketing team to design and scale best practice ABM tools and mechanisms which continue to raise the bar
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations on developing the appropriate marketing metrics including visibility into marketing campaign results and measurement of campaign effectiveness, lead generation, opportunity creation, service adoption, pipeline contribution, and ROI of our marketing efforts within the account.
- Develop custom messaging and assets as needed to drive the development of custom 1 : 1 account marketing programs which address specific customer challenges.
- Work closely with the appropriate Marketing teams aligned with the customer industry sector to leverage best practice content and assets.
