We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

The Role :
MRI Software is seeking a Manager of IT Cloud Operations to join our team in Solon Ohio ! This individual will be part of a Global leadership team responsible for leading the daily functions of the IT Cloud Operations teams with direct leadership for all North America based Cloud Operations and Systems engineering team member.
- Regional Leadership responsibilities for North America based team members, and part of the Global IT Organizations leadership team
- Engaging with various IT leaders as well as Product Development groups to build and support complete solutions and implement new services
- Working with the latest cloud and data center technologies, and with providers themselves to create and support solutions for the MRI products and services, and staff
- Work to enhance MRI's IT Cloud Operations capabilities, drive adoption, and improve operational processes
