We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, OH or our flagship office in Atlanta, GA.

The Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Management Leader to join our growing PMO team. This role will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of client facing strategic project managers who are instrumental in delivering services for high-impact software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, and a passion for enabling teams to achieve their full potential.
You Will :
Leadership and Team Development :
o Lead, mentor, and support a team of strategic project managers, ensuring their professional growth and success.
o Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, emphasizing continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and skill development.
o Provide guidance in project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to help the team improve performance and achieve consistent results.
o Offer regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure individual and team objectives are met.
Strategic Project Oversight :
- Oversee the execution of complex, high-priority software implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Monitor the progress of multiple projects, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of obstacles to prevent delays.
- Maintain a deep understanding of project dependencies, resources, and constraints to anticipate challenges and proactively adjust plans.
