What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Analyst position at MRI Software?
The Operations Analyst role is a key part of MRI’s Global Delivery Operations (GDO) team. As part of Global Delivery Operations, the Operations Analyst will have the ability to be involved in all facets of MRI’s Global Delivery organization, from system administration and process development to data visualization and the creation of new business offerings.
This is a mid level position with the potential to move into a management role should the individual demonstrate that capability. Team members must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with internal customers representing multiple disciplines and geographies, and be willing to adjust schedules to meet the needs of the specific initiative or obligation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide ongoing operational support to Global Delivery teams (Professional Services, Managed Services, Client Support, and Client Success).
- Analyze operational and financial data.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of user and procedural documentation.
- Support reporting development requirements of Global Delivery organizations.
- Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of Global Services’ systems such as OpenAir and Salesforce.
- Assist in defining the process and timeline for integrating the Professional Services, Managed Services, Client Support, and Client Success departments of newly acquired companies. With a focus on efficiency, timeliness, and clarifying scope to eliminate duplication of effort.
- Facilitate regular meetings and cross-team plan reviews while serving as a point for escalation to ensure a successful integration.
