About the Role:
MRI Spokane is a leading organization in the field of community development, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CRA/CDFI Initiatives Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve our CDFI objectives, managing a team of support personnel, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for all impact-related reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies that support CDFI and CRA initiatives.
- Manage and direct CDFI initiatives for Capital Magnet Fund, New Market Tax Credits, and financial assistance awards.
- Lead a team of CDFI support personnel to ensure timely and accurate reporting for all impact-related reports.
Requirements:
- 5 years CDFI and/or large bank CRA experience required.
- Superior skill set in the use of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
- A deep understanding of loan products and available data.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about community development and has a strong background in CDFI certification and regulatory compliance.
