MRI Software is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our team working with our PMX product! RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach a topic to an individual client or a group of clients Manage the entire post-sales process, from onboarding, training, adoption, and relationship building Assist a client with PMX product set-up Understand and document a client's business requirements Work with product to create new data models and fields for specific client needs Ensure an exceptional experience for all clients and work to ensure product adoption and relationship growth Increase retention and revenue growth with regular check-in calls, QBRs, and top of class service Work with review teams to ensure delivery of documents Assist with developing training courses Act as a the voice of the client by providing and synthesizing feedback for our product team REQUIREMENTS: Solid Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or technical field from an accredited college/university. Team Player. At MRI our people work together.
