```Job Overview```

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to an individuals with a rare genetic disorder, mobility needs, autism, and ADHD.

```Responsibilities```

- Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration

- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals

- Ensure the safety and well-being of client

- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is maintained

- Maintain a clean and organized living environment

```Experience```

- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or educational settings preferred

- Knowledge of vital signs and medication administration is a plus, you will be required to obtain a certified med tech license if you do not already have one.

- Familiarity with working in school settings with vocational programming for young adults with disabilities, nursing homes or similar healthcare settings is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
