Applicant will be responsible for collection of Survey data for ALTA, Boundary, and Topographic Surveys. - Supervises and trains up to 3 Survey Technicians from time to time.
- Responsible for safety, job planning, and execution of data collection activities.Crew Chief applicants should have minimum of 2 years verifiable survey experience. Drone license (FAA Part 107) or willingness to obtain is required.Essential Duties include :
- Finding and accurately Surveying monuments and markers.
- Identifying site features relevant to survey type (e.g., utilities, storm and drainage structures, topographic features).
- Properly enter field data with feature and linework codes.
- Keep field notes.
- Collect data at varying job sites using work vehicle / equipment and upload results for Principal Surveyor review.Requirements :
- Drivers License.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Occasional overnight travel and overtime.Competitive salary commensurate with experience, crew chief salary ranging between $22 to $35 per hour plus quarterly profit sharing bonuses when applicable.
