Join our community-based healthcare organization as the Assistant Chief Medical Officer (CMO) , where you will lead efforts to provide innovative healthcare solutions, encourage personal responsibility for health and wellness, and deliver outstanding service and partnerships. This role involves handling a variety of complex tasks with a high level of independence and judgment. Working closely with the CMO, you will ensure we meet regulatory standards and deliver quality care to our members through all Medical Management activities.
Position Details .
- Supervision of : Medical Directors, Pharmacy, Clinical Analytics and Strategic Initiatives.
- Reports to the Chief Medical Officer
- Both internal & external facing position.
- Hybrid, role
- Possibility, of being required to be in office / surrounding community up to 5 days per week at times)
- Must be a resident of California,
Position Requirements & Certifications :
Compensation : 350k-475k
