Our hospital partner is looking for an ER Director who can bring stability, innovation, and leadership to their Emergency Department. This hospital is a cornerstone of the community’s healthcare network and is looking for a leader who excels at enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening team dynamics, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care in a high-demand environment.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a hands-on COO who values collaboration and drives real results. You’ll lead a 40 bed Trauma Designated unit giving you the chance to make a significant impact on emergency care in the region.

Requirements :
- RN license and a Bachelor’s in Nursing
- 3 years of leadership experience in a similar-sized ER
- Nationally recognized specialty certification (preferred)
