Responsibilities
The Legal Counsel will provide guidance and strategic support to business functions across the Americas and, as needed, globally. Key responsibilities include :
- Advise on legal matters and offer expert guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including customer and supplier agreements
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all business operations
- Manage legal risks and implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges
- Monitor changes in legislation and advising on corporate governance matters
- Support the protection of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights
- Provide legal guidance on employment-related matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes
