Our client has grown into one of the country’s largest branded products with over 3500 employees and 12 manufacturing plants throughout the United States. Their portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products are ones you will recognize.
Their site in the Syracuse, NY area is searching for a Plant Director for this non-union plant of approximately 300 employees.
This is a great opportunity to work with a great team and build with the new leadership and new norms and team building components.
Qualifications :
- This site needs a true leader. Someone who can stay focused on the mission, develop and implement plans for developing the team and the site.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience
- Must come out of manufacturing
- Budgeting and planning experience required
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
