Location : Sacramento, CA
Job Summary : Allied Search Partners is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Dentist to evaluate and ensure the highest standards of dental care and compliance with regulatory requirements across dental practices. This role involves conducting on-site quality assurance reviews, providing professional evaluations to meet quality benchmarks. Must be certified by The California Association of Dental Plans (CADP).
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of dental care provided in member practices, including reviewing patient records, treatment plans, and compliance with state regulations.
- Perform on-site visits to assess the quality of dental services and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Provide detailed reports summarizing findings, identifying areas of improvement, and offering actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with dental offices to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Stay informed on state and federal regulations impacting dental practices and ensure compliance with CADP standards.
