Our client, a leading manufacturer of electro-hydraulic systems, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join their growing team. Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic systems, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of success. This position is available in Oklahoma or Arkansas.

Commissions are uncapped, and the role includes a comprehensive benefits package: no out-of-pocket expenses for health insurance, 401(K) match, car allowance, and all work-related expenses covered.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electro-hydraulic systems market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of custom solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or engineering within the hydraulics industry.
  • Strong understanding of electro-hydraulic systems, components, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
