Safety Director – Leadership Opportunity

This permanent, full-time position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic, expanding company with a strong commitment to safety and employee well-being.
As the Safety Director, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s safety initiatives across multiple projects, leading a team of Site Safety Managers, and ensuring the safety of all construction activities. We are looking for a leader with extensive experience in large-scale construction projects who can drive safety best practices while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the company's overall safety program, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and modify project-specific safety plans based on the unique requirements of each project.
- Be on-site regularly to execute and monitor the safety plan and provide leadership to the team.
- Train and support on-site teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe construction practices.
- Collaborate with clients, insurance providers, and contractors to ensure the safety program meets or exceeds expectations.
- Review and summarize daily safety reports from Site Safety Managers for owners and clients.
- Actively manage and address safety concerns across all ongoing construction projects.
