Our client is a well-established medical malpractice carrier as well as a leader in developing innovative insurance programs, services, and solutions for physicians, doctors, healthcare providers, hospitals and facilities.
Due to growth, they are searching for an experienced Senior Litigation Claims Specialist to join their team in Glastonbury, CT or Jacksonville, FL.
This is a hybrid role that offers work / life balance, competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to join one of the leading medical malpractice carriers.
Responsibilities :
- Investigate, evaluate, and provide litigation management to high exposure bodily injury and medical malpractice claims
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, medical providers, and attorneys
- Analyze medical records and other complex documents
- Manage the litigation process including settlement negotiation to ensure fair and timely resolutions
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures
