We are working with a leading Construction and EPC firm with more than 30 years of experience completing complex energy and infrastructure projects across the country. Their renewable energy division has successfully completed over 2 GW of large commercial, community solar, and utility-scale projects.
The Solar Site Superintendent will serve as the primary point of contact for field operations, ensuring the successful execution of solar and utility projects. This position requires a highly skilled professional adept at managing field operations, solving technical challenges, and leading crews to meet project goals. The Superintendent will oversee project planning, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality assurance, working closely with foremen, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for field operations, managing foremen, crews, and subcontractors during project execution.
- Review project specifications, plans, and daily reports to ensure adherence to job-specific requirements.
- Coordinate crew and equipment scheduling to optimize resource utilization and project timelines.
- Address and document conflicts, RFIs, change orders, and claims in collaboration with the project team.
- Oversee material procurement, inspections, and equipment used during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
- Provide functional representation in discussions with clients, owners, and their representatives.
- Track and manage daily production, equipment usage, and project costs to ensure budgetary alignment.
- Assist in preparing as-built documentation and administrative reports, including safety and daily logs.
- Maintain the ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications :
Salary Range : $80k-125k plus 100% paid health benefits package for employees and their dependents, 401k, and company truck fuel card
