Vice President of Finance

Join a health organization that provides quality healthcare to the surrounding community as the Vice President of Finance and helps guide their financial picture through effective planning, analysis, compliance. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, billing, payroll, accounts receivable / payable, and financial reporting. Optimize the revenue cycle process, including patient billing, coding, insurance claims, and collections. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards. Analyze operational expenses to recommend process improvements and efficiencies. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance,
- Masters’ degree in Business,
- Certified Public Accountant, preferred .
- 5 years in Senior executive healthcare leadership roles,
- 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, in the healthcare industry,
- Experience with medical billing, coding, insurance reimbursement, and healthcare compliance and revenue cycle management tools, required.
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare / Medicaid guidelines, HIPAA, and payer contracts.
