About The Role
The ICU Director is responsible for overseeing the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing the department's daily operations. This role involves leading and supporting nursing staff, implementing patient care policies and driving quality improvement initiatives. The ICU Director will manage the departmental budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of hospital assets. This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.

- 300 bed facility.
- 16 Bed ICU Unit
- 1 nurse:2 patients ratio on unit
- 6 charge nurse direct reports. 1 Manager
- Full Time, 8-hour per day, Day Shift
- Bachelors of Nursing Degree, required
- Current State Nursing License,
- 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience in an ICU or Critical Care Unit,
- 2-4 progressive leadership experience
- Certifications; CPR-BLS and ACLS
