- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction activities
- Participate as required in all ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 activities such as PFMEA and APQP incentives.
- Work with Tooling/Maintenance to build better systems of control
- Develop, analyze and implement continuous improvement ideas to meet long term customer required cost reductions and maintain profitability
- Capital equipment and tooling for internal manufacturing systems
- Process development for robust product introductions
- Process improvement to challenge typical ways of engineering to something more exceptional
- Creating best practices for center of excellence operations
- Engineering Degree
- Robotics/Automation Experience
- Stamping or Assembly of Structural Steel Parts
- 5 years relevant experience within a metal fabrication and assembly operation for Automotive, Truck, Large appliances, Custom Fabricated Equipment for manufacturing or similar manufacturing.
