We are seeking a skilled Adobe Target Specialist with 3 years of experience in personalization, A/B testing, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Adobe Target, data-driven decision-making, and experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement and optimize digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
- Identify website and app optimization opportunities through audits and data analysis.
- Define test objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for experimentation strategies.
- Configure and implement Adobe Target tracking, audiences, and offers.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze test results, generate insights, and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics and other data tools to measure campaign impact and user behavior.
- Stay updated on the latest Adobe Target features and personalization trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target (Activities, Audiences, Offers, Recommendations).
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing tests and modifications.
- Experience with data collection, tracking, and tag management.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise-level digital marketing.
