We are seeking a skilled Adobe Target Specialist with 3 years of experience in personalization, A / B testing, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Adobe Target , data-driven decision-making, and experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement and optimize digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute A / B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
- Identify website and app optimization opportunities through audits and data analysis.
- Define test objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for experimentation strategies.
- Configure and implement Adobe Target tracking, audiences, and offers .
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze test results, generate insights, and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics and other data tools to measure campaign impact and user behavior.
