Position: Leasing Associate (Home Providing Expert)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain outstanding relationships with new prospects and our current residents, ensuring exceptional leasing and customer service experience.
Leasing and Marketing: Effectively market our available apartment homes, conduct property tours, and assist potential residents through the leasing process.
Lease Administration: Assists in preparing lease agreements, getting applications from new prospective residents, ensuring all required documentation is gathered, and most of all working with our future residents on a seamless application and move-in process.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in community resident events monthly. Finding, discovering, and developing outreach programs that will promote our property and enhance the resident experience.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and other relevant factors to make data-driven leasing decisions. Getting to know and understand competition in the surrounding area and understanding our competitive market.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred but not required. If you love customer service and the thought of providing people with a great place to call home is something you would like to do, then we want to talk to you!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is preferred but will be provided.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred but training will be provided.
Education & Licensing:
A high school diploma is required. Preferred candidates will also possess or be interested in pursuing their state real estate sales license certification.
