Job Description
- Architecting direct response marketing communications strategies and CRM programs targeted to B2B audiences (wholesalers and financial professionals)
- Leading content and website design strategies for B2B audiences and the end consumers
- Crafting user journeys and user stories to inform digital experiences
- Crafting simple, focused, and impactful creative briefs that deliver value to consumers, motivate action from consumers, and extend the lifetime of consumers
- Designing communications strategies that distill complex product descriptions and messaging into their simplest form and leverage the paid, owned, and earned ecosystem to create personalized and valuable experiences.
- Being the brand, business, and customer expert, developing a robust understanding of audience needs and the buying journey
- Optimize digital engagement to improve results and create meaningful touchpoints and enhance the customer experience based on results and best practices
- An integrated strategist, with required expertise in B2B, CRM, and experience marketing
- 6-8 years experience in direct response, website design, lead nurture, 1:1, content creation, and CRM, with a deep understanding of data capture and performance strategies
- Experience in the financial, insurance, or B2B spaces
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area; graduate degree a plus
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a knack for simplifying the complex
- Ability to pivot to accommodate client and agency priorities
- Passionate curiosity, collaborative spirit, optimism to find the answer, and work ethic
- Willingness to visit the client onsite in their New Jersey offices
