SVP, GCD

MRM Health is looking for an SVP, Group Creative Director. In this position you will serve as the creative lead for a DTC account. Your role will be critical in driving excellence across multiple disciplines, working closely with other department leads to develop impactful, business-building, and transformative solutions.

You will be responsible for elevating the agency’s creative output, ensuring that visionary ideas translate from concept to execution, and positioning MRM Health as a leader in the creative industry. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team, shape client relationships, and deliver pioneering ideas that influence the future of health-related brands.

About The Job

  • Creative Leadership: Work closely with fellow creative leads to elevate the agency's output, ensuring that the creative vision is realized across all accounts. Lead and inspire your team to produce world-class solutions that move the needle for clients while advancing the MRM Health brand.
  • Team Collaboration: You will collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring that creative processes are adhered to and that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with Account and Strategy teams to turn bold ideas into breakthrough market experiences. Own client relationships, serving as a creative leader who drives results and continually strives for excellence.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10 copywriters and art creatives. Serve as a mentor, providing career guidance, regular check-ins, and performance reviews to ensure growth and development for each team member.
  • Industry Presence: Represent MRM Health at industry conferences and award shows, acting as an evangelist for emerging trends, creative ideas, and technologies.
  • New Business Development: Oversee new business initiatives, helping to expand the agency’s portfolio while maintaining a strong focus on quality and creative integrity across all accounts.

  • Creative Leader: You have a proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns that elevate brands and achieve business goals, including TV productions, social and digital. You inspire your team to push boundaries and deliver innovative, game-changing solutions.
  • Collaborative Leader: You excel in collaborative environments and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Account, Strategy, and Production. Your leadership fosters creativity, passion, and dedication in everyone you work with.
  • Client-Focused: You thrive in front of senior clients, co-owning relationships and consistently providing strategic thought leadership. Your ability to translate complex concepts into compelling creative strategies is unparalleled.
  • Mentor & Manager: You are an advocate for the growth and development of your team, providing the guidance and support needed to foster a high-performance culture. You have experience managing and coaching a diverse group of creatives, from junior to senior levels.
  • Industry Leader: You are an active participant in the creative industry, keeping up with emerging trends and new technologies. You are driven to represent the agency at industry events and awards, always seeking new ways to advance creative excellence.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in creative leadership within a health and pharma-focused agency.
  • A polished portfolio that demonstrates award-winning work with extensive social, digital and TV experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
  • Strong client-facing experience, particularly in leading strategic discussions and creative presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple pieces of business while ensuring the highest level of creative output and team engagement.
  • Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, including disease states, clinical trials, and competitive products.
  • A passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve on creative trends, formats, and technologies.
