Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment.
- Oversee workforce management processes including recruitment and onboarding.
- Utilize HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient hiring processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to human resources functions.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or related field.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and workforce management best practices.
- Familiarity with ATS software and HR sourcing techniques is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
