What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tool Maintenance Technician position at MRP Solutions?
Summary:
Dis-Assembly, Repair and re-assembly of Plastics Injection Molds for Injection Molding Machines. This may include performing configuration changes, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
Position requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED Equivalent/Mechanical aptitude/Engineering background preferred
- 1 - 5 years working in manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Proficiency in English language – read, write, understand and speak fluently
- Bilingual language skills (Spanish) a plus
- Willingness and ability to learn new techniques and concepts
- Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate safe work habits be able to properly follow detailed directions as given by the supervisor
- Machining experience preferred
- Mechanical engineer qualifications (desired)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
